What is it you are grateful for? I mean truly grateful?
If you stop and think about this, think about all the moments that have excited you, have made you proud, have made you cry, have made you laugh…. those are the moments that mean something extraordinary.
How many times per month, per week, per day or even per hour are you experiencing these moments?
Is it a mindset that allows us to seek and experience the above? Is it an attitude? Is it those we surround ourselves with?
Do you see beauty in the most simple of things?
Can you be in your own company? What do you see when you search within yourself?
What memories have you built?
Are they good, bad or ugly? Is there any point in remembering the bad and the ugly? How will focussing on the good change your mindset for the better?
I’d like to invite you to truly ‘think’ and express these emotions by watching this short video clip. Tony Robbins is an amazing inspirational speaker, and if you haven’t watched him on YouTube or seen him pop up on your Facebook page, then I urge you to check this guy out.
