April Dawn Yoga
April offers a variety of Yoga classes, as well as workshops and retreats.
When April travelled the world, she began to open her body and mind to new experiences and this is where her love for yoga grew and blossomed.

“As well as yoga, my other passion’s are photography and travel. Bali is one of my favourite places on earth where I have visited the most! Photography is a mindful activity I do regularly to get out in nature, be calm and capture that moment of stillness. It’s a great way to show awareness to all the beauty in this world. I have trained in Mindfulness For Stress and can offer any advice on how to bring more mindful practice into your daily life”
