A truly amazing class that gives you results, and fast!! (in my opinion, and in the opinion of many others)
I have been a member of the ‘Nuffield Health’ gym for about a year now, and although it is nice to have the pool option and the all inclusive classes, I wasn’t really getting the results I was looking for. The classes are fun, for sure! But I didn’t feel I was being challenged enough. Guerrilla training optimises fitness to help you achieve your goals. By the way, this gym is not for the faint hearted!

What to expect
Advocating a mix of aerobic exercise, interval training, body weight exercises, plyometric and Olympic weight lifting geared towards inspiring people to reach their personal goals whether that be weight loss, toning or increasing muscle mass.
They run two main classes, circuits and abs. The circuit classes are varied and include movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, flipping tyres, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises. Various equipment is used such as barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, TRX, pull-up bars, kettle bells, medicine balls, along with your own bodyweight….
Classes Take Place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4.30pm
